Title Research: Silent Hill Revelation

 Silent Hill Revelation intro has to do with a mans mind ho turn into reality and all these monsters coming out of a single mind due to the trauma this man has faced over his dead wife. Silent Hill used to be a horror film that was very popular back in 2006 it was a scary movie that all the audience loved. But they made this film and did a 2nd one of it but remade it into something more high definition and up to todays standards.

There are many graphic images in the opening sequence with a big monster with lots of arms attacking humanoid nurses that are fighting back. While showing close ups of the nurses getting attacked and killed. The nurses look scary with lots of special effects in a 3d modeled room.

The images carry a violent and earie feeling due to all the things that are happening with the monster picking up multiple nurses with its hands ripping them to pieces.

It uses all these creepy and scary images of monsters and other creatures to scare the audience to give a glimpse of how the movie looks like.

 When I finish recording I started editing little by little. I synced the music to the actions in the advertisement. I made clipped the scenes to make it look better. I made the audio better. I zoomed in on the actor more. I asked people to help me on the recording. I cut the failed clips out but kept the really good \ones. I used a lot of fade outs to make the scenes go by faster. I did the job well. I helpd o more sounds by adding in some special effects. I made sure to get the determination when I jumped from 2 stairs to the bottom. I worked on the lighting because of the glare. Some shadows had to be taken out. I used the music to hype up the advertisement. I added logos. I emphasized on the logos. I added more sound effects. I used the backpack zipping as a sound effect. I showed how durable it was. I showed off the different colors.

Production Blog: Filming

 I started out today at 12:00 Pm on a Sunday morning and brought my friends with me to help record the scene. It was nice and sunny outside and the beached was pretty crowded. The phones started to overheat because of the temperature but I was able to cool it down by putting it in the shad for 5 mins. After we started by taking a walking shot from the far back of the beach and slowly walking with 10 second clips fading in and coming back until we reached the water. It was a little hard to keep the camera steady while walking in the water so it took multiple tries to get it perfect. Then I had to dip my phone in the water for a second and which was really hard because either it was dipped in too fast or i stopped recording before I put it in the water. It took about 15 minutes for me to get the shot right. But I finally got a clean shot that looked pretty nice. Production Blog: Editing

Me and my friends were going to film today but the weather wasn't nice. It started to rain hard and it wasn't stopping so I chose to go back to my place with my friends. I started to watch shots at the beach and what angles looked the best. And I made a plan to what I were going to do the next day. So I planned that we'll get to the beach around 12:00 when the sun is out and make sure there were have proper lighting so I can see. I'm probably going to dub the audio because of the background noise and it was said to be windy the next day. After I was going to prepare the go pro for the underwater shots. Then I'm going to see if the footage was the best it can be otherwise we'll reshoot the bad parts.
